My name is David Treharne

I graduated from university with a 2:1 BA Degree in Computer Games Design. Though I've tried my hand at many things, I'd primarily describe myself as a Game Designer and 3D Environment Designer.

As well as Game Design and Development, I've spent many years producing Machinima. I've directed, filmed, edited, produced music, and written scripts for my own productions, as well as for others.

I've taken an interest in many other things over the years as well, such as producing short web comics, writing short stories, drawing concept art, illustrations etc. My previous jobs have also ranged from being a Graphic Designer or Website Designer, as well as 4 years being a Game Journalist.

I believe developing a video game is a mixture of various roles and disciplines. A combination of Art, Music, Psychology, Science, Technology, Language, Engineering, Social Studies, and far more than I can think of.

For relaxation, I usually play Video Games, or my Piano and Guitar. Amidst all of this, I'm also learning Japanese and learning how to cook. I find my life is always interesting and I'm never bored or looking for anything to do!

Currently I'm living in Japan as an English Teacher, in the Aichi/Tokai Region.

Man cannot remake himself without suffering, for he is both the marble and the sculptor.
